Wheat flour, leavening agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), edible salt.
4 eggs, 125 gr. Soft margarine, 350 gr (2 cups) granulated sugar, 200 ml (1 cup) milk, 100 ml (half a glass) oil, 1 pack of vanilla sugar.
1. Egg and sugar 3 min. Beat it. Add the other ingredients and the flour mixture. Beat for a total of 3 minutes, first at the 1st and then at the 2nd stage for 1.5 minutes.
2. Pour into a mold of suitable size greased with margarine and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
mold:24 cm diameter cake mold with hole in the middle.
3. Take the cake out of the oven out of the mold after it has cooled for 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve after it cools down.
Before preparing the dough, you can add orange and lemon peels, pieces of fruit, ground hazelnuts or walnuts.
Store in a cool, odorless and dry environment.
