Usage Instructions:

1. Pour in 1 packet Mojo Kare Kare' Green Curry paste with 2.2lbs (1kg) meat of your choice (chicken, lamb or beef etc) and 2 potatoes (both cut into bite-sized pieces). Mix well and sauté with medium heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add 200ml to 300ml water, simmer with lid covered for 10-15minutes till meat and potatoes are tender and cooked.
3. Stir in 200ml coconut milk, bring to a quick boil.
4. Serve with rice, pasta or bread.

Remark: In place of coconut milk, use plain yogurt, milk or low fat milk.
