CHILLIZ CURRY LAKSA STOCK PASTE 200G

Chilliz Curry Laksa Stock Paste is a thick and spicy coconut-based curry noodles dish. A dish full of flavours slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of the chilli and fragrance of spices never fails to satisfy appetites. You can add any ingredients in it, even yong tau hu, for a complete one dish meal.

Storage Instruction: 

Shelf-life stable, able to store in room temperature.

Usage Instructions:

1. Dissolve paste with 600 ml boiling water (or chicken broth). Gently simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
2. Whisk in 300 ml coconut milk, add 100 g fried tofu and bring to boil.
3. Pour curry laksa stock over noodles. Garnish with eggs, bean sprouts, prawns, cockles, steamed sliced chicken and mint leaves.
