The ingredients are 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of tomyam paste, 2 cups of water, a cup of sliced mushrooms, a cup of sliced onions, a cup of sliced bell peppers, a cup of sliced tomatoes, a tablespoon of fish sauce, a tablespoon of lime juice, a tablespoon of sugar, some salt of pepper, and a quarter cup of cilantro if you want to add some garnish for aesthetic.
Now, onto the steps to make them. Firstly, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Using a large wok would be convenient for stirring. Then, the tomyam paste can be added to the hot vegetable oil and stir fry it until the fragrance spreads across the room.
