Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively with olives of the Empeltre variety, grown in our olive groves in the south of Navarra.
Obtained by first cold pressing using mechanical procedures, a few hours after its early harvest, in mid-October, to guarantee the maximum expression of body, aroma and flavor.
It is a pale yellow oil, with a muted fruity smell, very pleasant on the palate and very sweet.
It does not present bitterness or itching and leaves a remaining almond flavor.
The empeltre olive is a very widespread variety throughout the Ebro Valley.
