It is recommended that children aged 9 to 11 years take one tablet dissolved in at least half a glass of water. Do not take more than four doses in any 24-hour period, not more than three days, and ensure that the maximum daily dose does not exceed 60 mg/kg, divided into 10-15 mg/kg doses throughout the 24-hour period, without medical advice.

For adults and children aged 12 and over, the recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours, with a maximum of 8 tablets in any 24-hour period. 

There is an important need to be aware of the sodium content (427mg per tablet) and the presence of aspartame, especially for those on a controlled sodium diet or those with phenylketonuria. Always read and follow the product label and if in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
