Panadol Extend - 8 strips/box

Usage Guidelines: Panadol Extend is for oral use only and is recommended to be swallowed whole with water. Each dose provides pain relief for up to 8 hours. Adults (including the elderly) or children aged 12 years and over (not recommended for children under 12 years of age) should take 2 tablets 3 times a day, every 6-8 hours as required, up to a maximum of 6 tablets (4000mg) in any 24 hour period. It can be taken on an empty stomach as the active ingredients (paracetamol) are gentle on the stomach. 

It is important to read the label and follow the instructions before taking the Panadol Extend tablet; improper use may be harmful. Adhere to the prescribed dose, as the maximum daily limit is 4000mg, do not combine this long-lasting Panadol tablets with other products containing paracetamol to prevent the risk of unintentional overdose. An overdose of paracetamol may cause liver failure. An overdose requires immediate medical attention even if there are no symptoms of overdose. 

Do not take it if you are allergic to paracetamol. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If you have liver or kidney disease, consult your doctor before taking paracetamol.
