The typical mala sauce with added Yemeni Maraee Honey - this imported honey is cultivated from bees that harvests pollens from different wild flowers in the Hadramaut region, hence imparting the wildflowers' fragrance into it. This added ingredients gives the mala sauce a nice burst of sweetness while playing down the spiciness of the sauce, adding a good depth of taste to it.
