1) Prepare fresh organic wheat grass stalks or powdered wheat grass, along with a juicer.

2) Press out the fresh stalks using the juicer, without adding water or other fluids until it is finely blended. If you are using powder, dilute and stir the powder in a ratio of approximately one part wheat grass powder to two parts of water.
