First, pre-heat the oven at 180 °C. Then, line a baking mold with baking paper. Set aside the wheat flour and baking powder after mixing them in a clean mixing bowl. Next, use a hand mixer to mix the butter and sugar in another big mixing bowl.

After that, add the condensed milk and mix well. Add the eggs, one after another, into the mixing bowl. Then, put in the wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour until the cake is well-baked. Lastly, take the rose syrup butter cake out of the oven.
