Founded in 1998, Lai Hin Trading Sdn Bhd is one of the leading market producers of salted duck eggs in Malaysia. Located in Bandar Baharu, Kedah, which is approximately 1.5 kilometres from North-South Highway (Exit at Bandar Baharu toll), the salted duck egg manufacturing facility is supported by our own duck farm.
We are passionate about the quality of our produce and we go to great lengths to ensure that our poultry enjoy the best of living conditions. Our 12 hectare farmland in Serdang, Bandar Baharu enjoy clean and quality environment where our ducks can wander as they pleased. The corporation's capacity today has reached over 120,000 ducks. Today, Lai Hin Trading Sdn Bhd which employs the latest facilities with the state of the art equipment and systems in its salted duck eggs production is certified under Veterinary Health Mark (VHM) and also fulfilled Department of Veterinary Services and Malaysia Good Agricultural Practices (MyGAP) requirements for livestocks. Furthermore is certified halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia).
We have also embarked on a long-termed commitment towards food safety and quality and has been duly awarded with the certification of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) in 2010.
With these certifications, the production of salted duck eggs by Lai Hin Trading Sdn Bhd is a testimony and commitment towards quality and food safety. In addition, the company has strengthened its retail and wholesale marketing network for the whole of Malaysia throughout its marketing division with an extended worldwide reach.
